Cancellations are a difficult affair for both of us. We, therefore, try to approach it with a “common sense” attitude.
You must be aware that there is a financial implication to canceling a trip at the last minute as all of our set costs are the same.
We also pre-book many of the activities undertaken on the day of your trip and all our pre-book of which are nonrefundable.
If you cancel due to sickness:
And we unable to place you another trip, you can go to the doctors and obtain a medical certificate. We can issue you with a receipt for the money paid to Skyhawk Adventure, all of which can be claimed back from the majority of holiday insurance providers.
If you cancel due to weather:
Tours are only canceled due to the weather condition if it will affect the safety of our customers, Rain without the presence of strong winds will not result in cancellation as. If we do not cancel due to the weather then you will be charged.
If we decide to cancel due to bad weather:
We will have done so taking into consideration the group’s safety and that of the customers as well as predicted weather forecast and satellite images. If we cancel due to the bad weather then you will not be charged. If a deposit has been taken, the money will be refunded if an alternate day cannot be agreed upon.
Cancellations within 12 hours before pick up for the trip, 100% of the total cost will be charged. No show 100 % of the total cost will be charged.
In the case of sickness, we will try to move you to an alternative date but the cancellation policy still stands.
